Team Registration is now open to everyone! First come, first served.

2015 Registered Teams Roster!

New “Anything Goes” Category:

Defined as – anything other than the meats from the four (4) main categories. Pork Tenderloin would be permissible as would any vegetable, potato, bean, dessert or sausage. *Chicken wings could not work because that is something that could be turned in for the chicken category.

*Notice to all teams competing in the 2015 event:

Due to the excessive amount of grease left on the streets after previous events we have been asked to require all teams to have a grease mat of some type under smokers. This can be a mat or sheeting of some type under and around smokers to cut down the amount of staining on the streets.

Please feel free to submit your information and you will be placed on a waiting list. There are always cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances and our waiting lists are accessed every year prior to the event!
