Categories: Chicken, Pork, Brisket, Pork Ribs and Anything Goes.
* Anything Goes defined as – anything other than the meats from the four (4) main categories. Pork Tenderloin would be permissible as would any vegetable, potato, bean, dessert or sausage. *Chicken wings will not work because that is something that could be turned in for the chicken category.

*Notice to all teams competing in the 2016 event:
Due to the excessive amount of grease left on the streets after previous events we have been asked to require all teams to have a grease mat of some type under smokers. This can be a mat or sheeting of some type under and around smokers to cut down the amount of staining on the streets.
*Notice to all judges that participated in the 2015 event:
If you judged in 2015 and want to participate this year we are making it EASY! Simply send your name and any contact information that has changed to email@example.com. We have all of your data from last year on file. *Please do not submit until February 1st after you have received the “Registration Open” email.
